THE MARSHMALLOWS

Pick one flavor for your full-sized bag of North Mallow marshmallows. Each bag has 12 mallows, so you have extra for roasting or can make extra gooey, double mallow s’mores. Plus, our marshmallows are naturally gluten-free.

THE GLUTEN-FREE GRAHAMS

Just because you’re gluten free, it doesn’t mean you should have to skip the graham crackers. We’ve create two versions of our graham crackers - a regular and gluten-free version. Rest assured because we take gluten-free seriously, so our gluten-free grahams are made in a certified gluten-free facility. Plus, these large grahams are absolutely delicious. Includes 12 grahams (6 sets of 2).

Step 1

Find a good, sturdy roasting stick. Skinny enough, however, to skewer your mallows. Check out our North Mallow roasting sticks.

Step 2

Hold your mallows just above the fire. Due to the real, natural ingredients that we use, our mallows are susceptible to melting if roasted in the hottest parts of the fire. So unless you're a risk-taker, keep it higher up for best results.

Step 3

Rotate the mallow until all sides look glossy and gooey. Do note that our mallows cook faster than traditional marshmallows, so keep a close eye on them.

Step 4

Enjoy sandwiched between our gourmet graham crackers and chocolates or simply on its own - sticky fingers and all.

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Contact us at hello@northmallow.com if you'd like to arrange a local pickup at our kitchen and office in Long Lake / Wayzata.

We get this question a lot! It's because we make our mallows by hand (not on massive productions lines). Every batch of mallows are poured from the mixer into a sheet pan where it then gets cut into squares.

Simply check the box for "Is this a gift?" when adding your products to your cart. This will allow you to customize a gift message that we will include on a card within the box.
