Step 1
Find a good, sturdy roasting stick. Skinny enough, however, to skewer your mallows. Check out our North Mallow roasting sticks.
Step 2
Hold your mallows just above the fire. Due to the real, natural ingredients that we use, our mallows are susceptible to melting if roasted in the hottest parts of the fire. So unless you're a risk-taker, keep it higher up for best results.
Step 3
Rotate the mallow until all sides look glossy and gooey. Do note that our mallows cook faster than traditional marshmallows, so keep a close eye on them.
Step 4
Enjoy sandwiched between our gourmet graham crackers and chocolates or simply on its own - sticky fingers and all.

We get this question a lot! It's because we make our mallows by hand (not on massive productions lines). Every batch of mallows are poured from the mixer into a sheet pan where it then gets cut into squares.
Simply check the box for "Is this a gift?" when adding your products to your cart. This will allow you to customize a gift message that we will include on a card within the box.
