Compared to the traditional store-bought versions, our gourmet marshmallows and grahams have the following advantages:

Better Flavor: To be honest, you have to taste the difference for yourself. Most people are surprised at how much more delicious our mallows and grahams are. Unlike the flavorless traditional versions, we include rich flavors like real vanilla bean, cocoa, scratch-made caramel sauce, and more.

Better Ingredients: Just take a look at the ingredients of the traditional versions and you'll see high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors/flavors/preservatives, and more. At North Mallow, we don't use any of these junk ingredients and focus on high quality, natural ingredients.

Better Roasting: Designed by camp counselors, we crafted our mallows to roast quickly to ooey-gooey perfection. You'll notice that our mallows often roast faster and don't burn to a crisp the same way as the traditional versions do.

We get this question a lot! It's because we make our mallows by hand (not on massive productions lines). Every batch of mallows are poured from the mixer into a sheet pan where it then gets cut into squares.

We have both gluten-free and dairy-free options for our products. See list below.

Gluten Free:

• All marshmallows are made without gluten containing ingredients.
• We offer a gluten-free version of our standard s'mores kit that has gluten-free graham crackers.
• Our hot cocoa kit is naturally gluten-free as well.

Dairy Free:

• Our vanilla bean and chocolate chip marshmallows do not contain dairy ingredients.
• Our hot cocoa mix is made with coconut milk and does not contain dairy.
